Fidgens Chartered Quantity Surveyors were established in 1926 and were originally based in Chancery Lane in London. In 1936 they moved to Eccleston Square, sharing offices with the Architectural Practice, Stanley Peach and Partners. Following a brief merger with the practice of Todd and Ledson Fidgens have now re-established offices in London's Westminster. In the intervening years the practice has developed and diversified to include the capability and expertise to provide a complete building cost consultancy service.


 
Our Resources
 

The offices of Fidgens are fully computerised utilising bespoke software applications for various specialist operations and procedures. The offices utilise the following software; CATO, AutoCAD, NBS, MASTERBILL, MS projects, remote offsite backupand recovery & RICS building costs information service subscriber.
